Marking the 2024 World Money Fair to be held between 2nd and 4th of February 2024, the Perth Mint has released an exclusive coin show special featuring the 2024 Australian kookaburra design in vivid colour.
The coin’s reverse portrays a coloured representation of a kookaburra in flight over a gorge with a snake in its talons. The design incorporates a special privy mark depicting a green AMPELMANN™, a Berlin cult brand featuring traffic light men designed in East Germany, during the 1960's.
