Gold Overprint 1861

To celebrate this anniversary  Australia Post and the Royal Australian Mint have produced this PNC using the official logo colours of the Melbourne Cup 150th Anniversary. The PNC features a 60c stamp of Phar Lap with a first day issue post mark from Flemington the official 150th Anniversary logo and the 50c Cupro Nickel coin struck by the Royal Australian Mint.
