- The 1996 two ounce Star Pagoda Privy Kookaburra in Flight $2 silver coin was released at the NAA Sydney Coin Fair in November, 1996. The coin carries a gold inlay privy mark which represents the design of an Indian Pagoda. The coin took its name from the 'Star' shaped design on one side of the small, lumpy gold coin. During the 18th century, the Pagoda was the principle gold coin of Southern India.
