This proof set contains proof versions of Australia's six circulating coins:

- Ten Cents
- Twenty Cents
- Colour Millennium Year Fifty Cents
- Dollar
- Two Dollars
Also included is an 'Antique Finish' Sterling Silver (92.5%) medallion with a diameter of 45 mm a thickness of 3 mm and a weight of 43 grams. One side of the medallion is blank to enable a child's name to be engraved.
A total of 15 557 sets were issued with the six coins housed individually encapsulated in a plush leatherette hinged lid presentation case and a colourful imperfect presentation box.
