To celebrate Australia's participation in the games the Royal Australian Mint has issued this coloured al/bronze uncirculated $1 featuring a stylised snowboarder in mid-flight.
The mint has also struck a $5 pure silver proof which features an Olympic aerial skier mid-flight richly accentuated with selective gold plating encircling the Australian Olympic Team logo.
