This set represents the annual release by the Royal Australian Mint of proof versions of Australia's circulating coins. The six coins in the set are:
- Five Cents
- Ten Cents
- Platypus Twenty Cents
- Coat of Arms Fifty Cents
- Selectively Gold Plated Copper-Nickel Mob of Kangaroos Dollar and
- Two Dollars
The six coins are housed sealed in a see-both-sides hard plastic case accompanied by an individually numbered information sheet and protected by colourful presentation box.
